Kasey Free

Director of Business Development

Kasey grew up in both Hamblen & Hawkins county. She graduated from University of Tennessee in 2015 with a Bachelors in Communications. Her passion for sales, marketing, and branding will allow Tristar to extend our services to even more communities & patients.

She is married to Nick Free and is the mother of two little girls, Ivy & Navy. Outside of work you will typically find her behind a camera.
